Phonak Audéo B-Direct Bluetooth wireless hearing aids can be paired with up to two devices at one time. Should you wish to stop using your iPhone mobile device with your hearing aids, follow the steps below. 1. To unpair your Audéo B-Direct from your iPhone mobile device From the iPhone home screen, tap on the “Settings” icon. From the settings menu, tap on “Bluetooth.” Tap on the “i” icon next to the name of the hearing aid. Tap “Forget this Device” The pairing has now been deleted from your phone, Audéo B-Direct will no longer receive calls from this phone. 2. To re-pair your Audéo B-Direct to an iPhone mobile device: Go to the iPhone home screen and tap on the “Settings” icon. In the settings menu, tap on the” Bluetooth” icon. Tap on the slider button next to Bluetooth to turn Bluetooth On. First open for 5 seconds and then close the battery doors of the Audéo B-Direct hearing aids. After several seconds, the name of your Audéo B-Direct will appear on the iPhone screen. Tap on it to select. You will now see a message, “Bluetooth Pairing Request” Click “Pair” A connection beep will be heard in the paired hearing aid. Your iPhone is now connected to Audéo B-Direct again.
